“I… I don’t know,” said Joshua.

“You don’t know?” said Lucas. “Do you want to find out? Do you?”

“No,” said Joshua.

“Then you best think before you start mouthing off like that again. You just remember exactly what your position is, boy. Am I clear?”

“Yes,” said Joshua. “You’re clear.”

“Good,” said Lucas. He reached down, gabbed Joshua and hoisted the 18-year-old to his feet. The two of them turned to continue their journey once again when an amazing sight greeted their eyes.
