In this lesson I will explain my palette choice for this painting and talk you through every step as I take it.

I highly encourage you to work along with me. Here is what you will need:

1 canvas with an imprimatura (a dried layer of thin/transparent paint on it).
Flake white, Ivory black, Alizarin crimson, Vermillion, & Yellow-brown.
Brushes, palette knife, palette cup, & a little bit of linseed oil.
