September Poll Update (Very Excited) (Patreon)

I might  the title of this one, and it might take a while cuz it's pretty complex. Also there might not be as much variants for this month but you guys will get a kick-ass doujin cover. Also should I make variants for the monthly polls or should I just put out whatever I think is best? Cuz with this piece I don't think I need to make many variants, or any variant at all.
