Vote might have 4+ candidates from various series. Maybe mostly touhou and Azur lane anyway.

As a couple others have said, request relay is nice as it allows less popular characters to get some love. A system where voting determine most characters and then a request relay every week or every couple of weeks could be a nice balance.

Whatever gets us more Touhou characters heheheheh
