Changes for Newcomers + New Tier (Patreon)

New patrons will receive their drawing requests much earlier, but it will be in black and white. 

In other words, any new patrons will be pushed ahead into the current cycle I'm working on for the month, instead of at the end of the line. But they will be receiving a black and white sketch (with some shading) instead of color for their first one.  

That way new patrons can see much earlier, if they like the way I draw their character requests, and if they want to commit to supporting me longterm.

Also since it'll be a sketch, I'll be able to draw it quicker, so more art for you all, and more practice for me, which is helpful.

Also I made a New Tier for the few people that have been supporting me at a really high amount ($20 and over). They will now be rewarded for their extreme generosity, by now waiting half as long to receive their requests.
