First failure. You gave them a DIET drink. Which is the worst of any drink. But props to Colin for knowing the difference between Irish sodas and American sodas, which is of course, sugar v. high fructose corn syrup.

This is true! I saw the Diet A&W and I was like "thiiiiis is gonna suck". If it was non-diet, maybe. Personally, I've always found Barq's to be superior vs. A&W (but that's me).
