I think my suggestion for sponsored videos is less number ratings (which lose meaning when it's all one brand anyway) and more "You'd give this to someone at...." or "When I drink this I imagine I'm in (situation)"... sort of give a more flavored, nuanced kind of assessment of the drinks. Also, since you have a lot of people good at detecting "notes" you should try keeping a scent kit around (link below) that folks can use to see if they can train themselves to sense the more obscure flavors - it would be interesting and might improve their enjoyment... https://www.amazon.com/Master-Wine-Aromas-Tasting-Kit/dp/B015OFQCNO
