Irish People Try Rum-Whiskey Cocktails

Maybe it's me, but the Manhattan/Rumhattan for Dermot and Colin looked distinctly darker than the others. The problem with Sazeracs is they're made with Rye whisky which tends to overpower the absinthe. Rum is too sweet and just can't stand up to the strength of absinthe.

Thomas is such a great addition to this channel! He helps fill the void of stone-faced tall bearded guy that was left when Brian Gallagher left. Plus, he always has the most amusing objections to the item or the other Tryer, as Seamus points out. One question about this video, though. I was wondering why Dermot and Colin's Rumhattan looks reddish while the other's look yellowish.

I think this was due to the fact I accidentally used a different bitters for their one which was a darker red colour, as opposed to the clear-coloured citrus bitters used for the other pairs - whoops! :)
