Progress Report 11/20/2020 (Patreon)

It's the last Friday before (American) Thanksgiving! Time to load up on food and nap like there's no tomorrow! The only thing that would make it better is if it was on a Friday rather than a Thursday... Anyways, here's what I got done this week:

• Began work on background sprites and textures that will appear underground as you go deeper and deeper!
• So far, 1 out of 7 sprites and 0.5 out of 3 textures are complete.

I'm leaving these as a surprise so that you guys have something to look forward to as you progress. It's not as fun if you already know what to expect, ya know? That said, if you REALLY wanna know what they are, just send me a message and I'll tell you about it. :)

There would have been much more progress if it wasn't for that darn dirt texture (hence the 0.5). I swear, textures are my kryptonite. I just... don't have the patience or skill to do them right. >_<  I'm leaving it half finished for now and focusing on the background sprites so I get some progress done. :P

Anyhoo, that's it for now. Next week, as long as I'm not working on textures, I'll get a lot more done. I'll see you guys then!
