[Character Concept] Dragon (Patreon)

An alternate design for the  dragon concept, in the direction of east asian dragons. Below is the older design that took more inspiration from western dragons.

For Billie to enchant her umbrella to use magic she will need to use rare ingredients from magical beings. Dragon scale, Kraken Ink, Griffin feather etc. 

The dragon is very well spoken and hoards information by sitting on a large pile of scrolls and books from the worlds archive.
