It’s subtle, but if you look at the sniper rifle Ward is assembling @39:37, the one you see @47:37 after he shoots Mike is definitely different (it’s glowy blue for starters). That’s the first hint he wasn’t killed, but yeah; that whole sequence is very “blink and you’ll wonder why Mike isn’t dead”.

Genuinely one of my favorite shows ever, just below Buffy, Veronica Mars, and...a few nostalgic choices like One Tree Hill and The OC. BUT!!! Still such a fantastic show!!! The characters, the writing, the story arcs--all just superb, only getting better with each season I am so stoked to see you start this one, Darcy!!!
