Steam release info (Patreon)

The time for the game's release on Steam is nearing! I'm very excited about it! This will be the first time I release a game on a big storefront like Steam. For now, it seems everything is going smoothly and the March 10th release date won't be delayed. In this post, I want to share some important information about the game's release.

Price. The game's price will be 15 USD with a release discount of 10%.

For people who can't reach the game on Steam (hello Germany!), I will also set up an alternate method to buy it. This will most probably be on itch.io. So don't worry, it will still be available on other storefronts as well. (And hopefully later on DLsite too)

After the game is released on Steam, it will NOT be available on Patreon anymore. The Patreon version is basically early access to the game which is a reward for funding the project. Since the project will be considered done, I won't be handing out any more early access versions of Drain Mansion on Patreon. It will be available to buy on Steam.

If you have donated at least 15 USD worth of money, you will be eligible for a free Steam key. If you want to receive this free key, you will have to write me a direct mail on Patreon and I will check if you are eligible for it and if so, I will send a key back to you.

If you want to give additional support by buying the game I would be very grateful if you could also leave an HONEST review of the game on Steam. It is extremely important to reach 10 reviews that are not freely received keys. This is because Steam shadowbans games that are below 10 reviews. And sadly, only keys that have been bought by people are being counted into this (freely given keys don't). Because of this, I'm asking you guys to not forget to leave an honest review after you bought the game on Steam! :)

It is also important to say, how important wishlists are to me. This is what Steam uses to rank the games on the site and the higher the game is, the more people can see it. Please make sure that if you can, you wishlist the game. It's free and it is a great way to show support for free.

The game will also appear on Steam's next fest which is held on February 06-13. I also plan to register the game for 2023's Hentai Live Expo as well, but this will be held shortly after the game is released.

In the future, I want to find a Japanese translator and release the game on DLsite as well for Japanese audiences!
