Ohhhhh??? I'm pretty sure I see some hintssss. Airan has a very showy engagement and wedding ring on his left ring finger, plus 'Sean isn't happy about this' at the bottom, and Evan does not have any wedding or engagement bands on his ring finger, which meansss that Airan and Sean stay together in adulthood and get married!! I'm pretty sure. How cute!

My thought behind it are that the new brothers have to move far away so both couples get separated. We know Evan and Airan get together at some point but clearly it doesn't last at they meet up with Nathan and Sean later in life.
