Charge Up Front Patreon Account (Patreon)

Monthly Patreon accounts like mine can now become “Charge Up Front” accounts.  It means that new Patrons will be billed for the first time on the day they join.  It doesn’t affect previous Patrons like all of you.

So this method will show only real patrons without simulators. Even this post had cut out some of them. It's not popular, but must be done. My opinion.

I like this, this protects the creator. reading this "Patrons will not be able to sample patron-only content. Some Patrons have been able to become a patron of a monthly creator to check out the content, then delete their pledge before they are charged at the beginning of the month. With charge up front enabled, only paying patrons can view your "patron only" content."

Seems pretty fair and in line with all other services i can think of.

Hmm... no problem for me. Anyway, if you do not try it, you will not know if it suits you. If this system does not work in your case, you can always go back to the old one, I thing.

Well, old supporters like us are more likely to agree, so take that into account.
