Am I missing the point? (Patreon)

Guys, all my feet videos on Youtube have been age restricted, am I missing the point? Does that mean that the "Feet content" is classified as "mature content" and so all the other creator's feet videos are also age restricted? I really don't understand.. Can you please help me with some information on this one? So appreciated, thank you!
