This is one amazing thing (I thought I'd love it), it takes all that I have strength and flexibility wise, also engages the whole body.. See Guys if I will turn into a decent muscle body over the winter .. 

I will make a proper first show off video (Naturist way) for you around Wednesday next week.. also I have a new idea for the next body painting.. that includes all the body parts haha.. that's gonna be an interesting one I think.. also, as I am a qualified Massage Therapist as well, I thought maybe I can get a friend who can massage me (with my guidance) and film it for you (all different suggestions very welcome)..
