Update 2: Animation - Foundry & Free Content! (Patreon)

One of my biggest projects this month was a return to animation. The animated ships I made some time ago, were a first trial of figuring out how to add simple animations to my naval battlemaps to bring them to life. This time around I've made over 250 animated objects and creatures, that will allow you to turn any ship map you make in dungeondraft into an animated map on the fly!

My animated assets and Foundry files, which include the massive royal airship and all its cannons, are only available to the Gold Dragon tier. I did, however, decide to create a demo package for those of you who'd like to take a closer look! This package includes 12 files to build your own animated ship, a Foundry pack with the small ship you see in the video above, 3 scrolling backgrounds (sea, air, and space), the gridless ship maps, and a Dungeondraft Demo pack which you can download:

The next map I'm working on animating is this windmill map (the mill is already turning!). You'll find lots of lively farm animals and trees swaying soon!
