Diabolical Dozen Recruitment Contest Starts NOW! Details Included! (Patreon)

As a thank you to all my patrons, I'm giving you a head start for the Diabolical Dozen Recruitment Drive! Here are the details:

• The Dozen is recruiting a villain to replace the Manipulator! This is where YOU come in.
• From today through Oct 31st, I'll be accepting entries for the new villain.
• These rules will not be posted anywhere else for at least 2 weeks, so you get a head start!
• Send your entry to eric@fictionbyericmoser.com. This is the only way to enter. Paste the entry directly into the email to make it easier for me to cut and paste into a single contest document. Do NOT send attachments. No art allowed! (to make this fair for artistic and non-artistic people alike) I will reply when I get your entry.
• Only only entry per person.
• I get all rights to the winning entry, allowing me to feature the villain in at least one scene in CCH3.
• What does your entry need to include? 1) Villain's name, 2) Villain's gender, personality and bio, 3) Villain's appearance, Zenith abilities, and Grade on Mega Cat's Zenith Scale (nothing over an 8 allowed, to keep story balanced), 4) Your name and email address (this will make it easier for me to just cut and paste each entry into a single document)
• Try to give your Villain a power set different than the other 11 members (below)
• Lady Ash (fire/heat), Monstrosity X (strength, stamina, size, multiple mouths), Shizukani (speed, stealth cloud, alien sword), Low-Life (strength, stamina, leaping) Blue Morpho (reality manipulation), Flok (sentient flock of birds), Black Bullet (telekinesis, controls barrage of bullets, flight, stamina),  Hag (suffered from locked-in syndrome, can create curses), Deviant (dream/desire manipulation), Aqua Regia (acid generation), Dr. Shock (electrical manipulation)
• Cash prize of $50 USD for the winner.
• Winner to be selected by manner of my choosing. I envision my wife and I narrowing it down to 5 or so entries to be voted on on the CoG forum, FB, and Twitter, but I am leaving my options open, as it depends on how many entries I get.
•  To be clear, I have dozens of my own ideas for this 12th member, but I thought a contest like this would be fun for entrants and voters alike! I'm not looking to take advantage of anyone, AND I am offering a cash prize. I don't get any rights to non-winning entries unless a separate agreement is entered into between me and the creator.
