I'm going to try to dig a little deeper with my blog posts in 2019, diving deeper into different topics that I hope you'll find interesting. I think monthly "deep dive" is a realistic goal.

For my January post, I analyzed my writing income for 2018. I broke it all down and examined what worked and what didn't, and what I need to focus on in 2019. There are even pie charts, if you like that sort of thing! (I like that sort of thing).

Feel free to leave any questions or comments either here or on the blog! I am trying to be as open as possible, with the hope that "pulling open the curtain" could encourage some folks to dive into the creative arena, while also maybe providing a reality check to folks who might not have any idea how tough it is to make money doing this.
