The only problem I have with some of these is that they have heavy post production. So you don’t actually get to hear their real tone.

I don't really hear the heavy post production people say there is on their voices. Hurt shows their vocals very forward in the mix, there's no elaborate instrumentation, nothing. Their vocal tones are very easy to hear in my opinion. And I agree with you that it's beautiful. Easily one of the best I've ever heard in kpop. Thanks for this!

Excited to hear your thoughts on Danielle’s Mujin Service when you get to it! This group is already killing it but they have so much potential to grow since they are so young. If you also have the time, it’d be so cool if you looked at the Mujin Service episode after Danielle’s. It’s for So Hyang, who isn’t an idol but is widely considered one of the best vocalists in Korea. It’d be interesting to see your opinion on So Hyang’s technique and maybe how it differs from how most idols are trained.
