Well this was interesting haha. Compared to SNSD'S GLORY year of 2011 performance that I've been binging lately, this tour fell short energy wise especially from my bias Jessica. 

She went past aloof, mysterious and effortless to disinterested and bored  for the majority of this and I kinda fell for the other 8 girls a bit. 

I'm looking forward to watching the other OT9 concerts though where their chemistry is tighter and everyone is giving their all!

Agreed with you about Jessica. Jessica is not very consistent when it comes to performinng. She barely move her body tbh but still love her tho. Back when she was still active, a lot of people commented on her lazy dancing

Part of me thinks they were using this set list as the warmup/consolation prize to the Tokyo Dome set list (where a lot of their more mature/modern sounding Japanese discography from previous albums was) that they were already prepping for later that year. Jessica was obviously not at Tokyo Dome but it was a pretty comprehensive book of their hits and the hidden gems once you finish up the OT9 concerts.

I've never noticed Jessica's energy until you pointed it out and now all I see is how low energy she is compared to everyone else xD This tour was during 2014 so maybe there was tension already, idk. Their Japanese discography is very edm based so I get why you're not feeling some of the tracks beside hidden gems like 'LIPS'. I probably like this tour because of the stage production and outfits whereas girls & peace and their first japan tour are my favourite Japanese tours. Also, I agree on the lipsyncing point like i wish they would sing live more like how Taeyeon's solo concert is like 95% live. We know the girls can sing and if they might end up sounding flat at times, as long as its live, its okay imo.

Yeahh I agree on the stage production and outfits, so glam and CLEAN!! Yeahh I'm sure there was tension for sure. I'm excited to see their other tours though.

Ooooh interesting so do you think I'll enjoy their Tokyo dome concert more?! It seems similar to the Phantasia concert which I reacted to. Maybe I'll do it after OT9 concerts are done as you said!

Also i see youre getting into EXID killing voice on youtube..... when i say vocal queens EXID is definitely in that definition!!!!!! Solji alone is ridiculous

i think this is the dvd copy in which they dubbed most of their singing voice . that's why most songs seemed lip-synced. but the opening was definitely lip-synced even in during the live concert
