So, with this episode it was completely ad-lip so that is why it is so confusing and random. They are just saying whatever comes to mind. Also, they are being electrocuted/shocked when they laugh, I believe. I do know they are being shocked, but I am unsure of why they are, but I think it is if they laugh.

Also, Seungkwan was not promoting a Seventeen song when he said WiFi. He did a short cover of one of Zico's songs and compared it to slow WiFi connection. So, it's one of his comedy gags that he does. You can find clips of it on YouTube. I think he actually made the original song re-enter the charts in Korea because of his joke. If I am remembering it correctly.
