This song has quietly had a spectacular chart run in Korea. Consistently charting for over 6 months. A performance like that, a few years deep into your career, is the best indication that you are here to stay. Kpop needs SM/JYP/YG to hold steady to balance out Hybe as it devours everything. Its nice to know Aespa is providing a bit of an anchor for SM as it goes into its post-LSM era

Agreed Karina surprised me with the versatility of her voice. They all have really nice tones, Ning Ning vocal is my favorite though as her voice feels supported and like you stated warm, but all the ladies are talented. I especially enjoy Winter's vocal when she is in her mids and using more chest than head/nasal vocals. I feel like she still has much to show us with her vocals," Priority" gave a nice indication of the possibilities once she opens up and become less timid. Thanks for working hard on all the reactions...keep it coming!

I'm pretty sure the person doing the vocal directing is Deez (no this isn't a setup for a joke). I'm glad you asked. I meant to look into him because I was impressed by his voice when I saw this before. He has nothing but hits in his credits and has worked with everyone in SM at this point. Anything that sounds grown and sexy likely has his input (Baekhyun Bambi, Candy; Kai Mmmh; Taemin Ace, Thirsty; Red Velvet Light Me Up, Wildside, Perfect 10, Kingdom Come, So Good, Body Talk; EXO Love Love Love, Gravity). I just found out he worked on one of my top 10 SHINee songs (Prism) and one of my top 5 Jonghyun songs (NEON). He's a legend as far as I'm concerned. I found a playlist of his music on YouTube so I'm gonna see what he really about.
