one of the few singers in the newer gen and it’s the temporary group like this just doesn’t make sense to me mnet better fight tooth and nail to extend those contracts!!!

also i am not a fan of red velvet and more just a casual listener so seeing irene in this performance blew my mind bc i did not know she was capable of that! they definitely need to let her sing more!

You should check out the dance practice for wrong number Irene and seulgi shared on bubble. They sang with the hand mics and everything and it was only about 3 days of practice. https://youtu.be/NPtLBcrErx4?si=NrUQXefwIpXv41Q1 I think if they had a bit more time they could have wowed a bit more performance wise but they were great regardless.

that part in the zb1 choreo where its simple but captivating was part of the original tvxq choreo too, i agree we need more of that back instead of over complicated dance moves. Singing Irene is what we need more of fr her vocal tone is so good, wrong number is one of my fav tvxq songs so im glad they picked something else other than the typical rising sun/mirotic cover.

I just love seeing idols covering other artists' songs so earnestly and without it being a copy and paste version of the original. Really impressed with ZB1's performance and the vocals!! i feel you with what you wrote about Irene but after watching her latest vlogs and seeing her in recent RV content you can tell that the world tour, the contract renewal -and all that it probably entails- has seemingly revived her desire to perform and be an artist. Hope it'll last cause we have to have a Aseul comeback with this kind of energy!! Seulgi aced that performance as per usal haha

As a Baetokki (Irene bias)… I don’t think she doesn’t want to be an idol because if you were a fan before 2021, she was way different but after there was a scandal that well I will let you form your own opinion on. She became more closed off and you didn’t really see her until Queendom came out and they had an anniversary live. Which even in that you can tell she didn’t know how to act. But she mentioned and you can see in small glimpses, she loves singing and dancing especially for Revluvs.

Yes exactly! And I think you can definitely tell that since she got that brand deal with 2aN, 2023 birthday party and she saw that her fans and maybe some of the gp's interest in her was still here and mostly positive she gained back some of that confidence or at the very least felt more comfortable being more enthusiastic in the things that she does. I was very happy to hear her tell the fans that she wanted to perform more of the latest album and overall she wanted to continue with her career

Hello! New here and so excited about it. I thoroughly enjoy your honest, in depth reactions on Youtube, I also love that you have guest that are creatives (singers, dancers, etc..) from different artistic spaces reacting as well. I wanted more so here I am...anyhoo I am so enjoying ZB1 and like you & many others will be so sad when their contract is up because not only is the music great but they are so talented vocally and in performing as well. Just a well rounded, solid group. Also that move you were talking about in the Choreo gave me New Edition Vibes, my cousins used to reenact their dance moves all the time and I am pretty sure that move was one of them.LOL
