"Would you look at that?" Cassie shook her head. "Did you miss a spot, Tiffy?"

The pang of fear that jolted through Tiffany took her by surprise; what did it matter if she had? It wasn't that big of a deal... She could get it next time. And yet, she still found herself shaking a little in her tiny, yellow dress and big, thick diapers, nibbling her bottom lip as she looked down at Cassie as if she thought the girl was going to fire her from something that wasn't even her job.

"Tiffy!" Cassie scolded. "I told you, that's bad for you! If you need something in your mouth, use your pacifier!"

Tiffany blushed, glancing down at the paci, dangling from a small strap that was kept clipped to the front of whatever she was wearing. Cassie had bought it for her after Tiffany had misplaced the pacifier a couple times, and it had done its job well - she always knew where it was now, and, because of that, she found herself popping it in more and more often.

"I-I didn't miss it on purpose," she pouted as she followed her friend's suggestion, pushing the paci's bulb into her mouth and starting to suck after her explanation, such as it was.

"I'm sure you didn't, but this has been happening a lot, hasn't it? There's always some little thing you forget about until you're changed out of your uniform."

"I'm doing my best!" Tiffany mumbled behind her paci. "I'm not an actual maid!"

"Sweetie, I can't understand you with that thing in your mouth, you know that," Cassie told her with a smirk, "but there's no need to get upset... I'm trying to help you. I want you to get your work done so you can have as much time to relax as possible... I want to make sure you get it done right, though. Maybe it would be a good idea to carry a feather duster around all the time for when you see stuff like this, so you can take care of it real quick, and then you don't have to go fetch one, or try to remember the spots you missed next time you dust."

"I-I guess," Tiffany shrugged.

"Oh, but that would be kind of a nuisance, wouldn't it?" Cassie mused. "You don't have a lot of outfits with pockets, do you?"

If anyone would know, it would be her, since she'd picked all of Tiffany's new clothes out. Her old ones had plenty of pockets, but she hadn't seen them since she'd switched them out... She had no idea what Cassie had done with them; there were some days when she worried the girl might have thrown them all away, since there weren't that many places in the apartment for them to be hidden. She wouldn't have really done that, though... Right?

"I know!" Cassie brightened up. "Wait here!" She hurried away, and returned with a fluffy stuffed cat, its fur bright pink. "I think this would work just fine as a backup, don't you? And it would be so much easier to carry around! Here, why don't you try it out?" She pushed the toy into Tiffany's arms, and she had little choice but to comply, hugging it close to her chest. "See? It's nice and soft and squishy... It's perfect!"

Tiffany looked skeptically at the picture frame that had started all this, dabbing at it with the kitty. It did get rid of the dust, she had to admit, so maybe Cassie had a point... She heard a click and turned her head, blushing as Cassie pretended she was just checking her messages, rather than having just taken a picture of Tiffany sucking on her paci, dressed like a toddler, seemingly playing with a stuffed animal.

"Who are you showing that to?" Tiffany demanded, glowering.

"Sorry, Tiffy, I still can't understand you," Cassie giggled.

Tiffany frowned as she hit the button on the remote again, frustrated when the channel switched to more cartoons. She knew this was where the sports should be... That was pretty much all she watched, unless Cassie was around to put on some trashy reality show. But now, for some reason, no matter how many times she changed the channel, all she could find was kids' shows.

She started to reach for the power button, only to stop herself short. They weren't that bad, she thought... It was better than nothing, anyway. She mostly just wanted the background noise... There was a box waiting for her that Cassie had said was supposed to be a good way to de-stress, something to keep her occupied when she was finished with her cleaning for the day, while she waited for Cassie to get home so she could cook supper.

"Just promise me you'll give it a chance," Cassie had requested. "No matter what you think about it at first glance."

That had definitely made Tiffany suspicious, but she'd nodded anyway. "I'll try it."

She toddled over to the box, Dusty the cat tucked in her elbow, as usual. She squatted down to pick it up, blushing softly as she felt a rumble in her tummy. Without a second thought, she gave a push, her diaper quickly expanding as she filled it up. It probably ought to worry her that she was doing it so freely, so easily, now, especially when she had to wait for Cassie to let her know when it was time for a change - and her roomie wasn't even at home at the moment - but what else would she do? The toilet was Cassie's, after all... And, as Cassie had pointed out to her, it was silly to try to hold it, and make herself uncomfortable, when it was ultimately going to wind up in the same place regardless...

When she was finished, her diaper ballooning outwards beneath her pink shirt - which, as most of them did, ended above her belly button - printed with the Pampers logo, as if to draw even more attention to her pants, such as they were, she lifted the box, carrying it over to the floor in front of the TV, sitting down in front of it with a squish to open it up and find...

Dolls. Cassie had given her a box full of dolls, in big, fluffy, fancy dresses, along with a tiny, plastic table and chairs, under which she found a toy teapot and cups, and some fake food. Did Cassie expect her to throw a tea party?! Tiffany had never done that, even as a real little girl, and, since most of her friends when she was younger had been boys, she'd never even really seen any of them do it.

But... She had promised she'd try, hadn't she? With a sigh and a wrinkled nose, she set up the table, putting each doll into one of the chairs, putting a plate and cup in front of each, furrowing her brow as she wondered which of the small, plastic desserts each of them might prefer. As dumb and girly and unlike her as it was, she supposed she could see why it could relieve stress, trying to make each of her little friends happy, imagining the conversations they could be having... She'd never had the slightest interest in this as a child... And, perhaps, it seemed, she'd been missing out all this time...

She wasn't sure how long she'd been sitting there, playing, much more happily than she would have been willing to admit, before she heard the door open and turned, seeing Cassie walk in. "Cassie!" she called. "There's something wrong with the..." She paused, cheeks darkening at the sight of Cassie's friends filing in behind her. She fell silent, starting to suck on her pacifier shyly.

"Oh, good," Cassie smiled. "You got them out! How are they working?"

"Umm... They're okay..." Tiffany admitted, reluctantly tugging her paci free, letting it dangle from its leash. "But... umm... Th-The TV..."

"What's that?" Cassie asked, stepping closer, Tiffany only growing more bashful as the other girls followed, drawing closer to her in her poopy diaper, with her cartoons and tea party. "What's wrong, Tiffy?"

"Umm... I-It isn't working right," Tiffany mumbled.

"Don't be silly," Cassie rolled her eyes, picking up the remote and pushing a couple buttons, then flipping through the channels, Tiffany's eyes widening as she saw all of them there.

"B-But..." Tiffany frowned in confusion. "Wh-When I..."

"I decided to help you out," Cassie told her. "I found a setting that would limit the number of channels that you could access. I know it can be hard for you to decide, with so many...  This way, you have fewer choices, so you can find something more quickly."

"Like a... child lock?" Tiffany asked.

"It's called that," Cassie shrugged, "but that doesn't mean anything. It's only a name."

"But..." Tiffany pouted. "If you're only going to allow some channels, can't you make them..."

"You are doing so good," Cassie interrupted her, giving her a pat on her padded bottom, Tiffany blushing at the contact. "You haven't asked me for a change once yet! We're all so proud of you for adjusting, aren't we, girls?"

Tiffany blushed as all Cassie's friends echoed their approval, praising her. She wasn't about to tell them that the only reason for that was that, last time she'd done that, Cassie had brushed her off with a, "Please don't be a nuisance. I'll tell you when it's time for a change." Ever since then, she'd think of that whenever she considered bringing it up herself, and it kept her quiet, obediently waiting for Cassie to notice, and tell her, when it was time for a fresh diaper, no matter what state it was in.

"And I love your little kitty!" one of Cassie's friends exclaimed. "What's her name, sweetie?"

"Umm.. Dusty," Tiffany blushed.

"Look, Tiffy," Cassie pointed to a vase on the side table. "I think you missed a spot there... Why don't you show everyone why you named her that?"

Tiffany waddled over, bending down to dust off the vase, hardly noticing as she began to wiggle her bottom, and the droopy diaper taped around it, while she worked, much less that Cassie was recording the whole thing while her friends did their best not to giggle at the sight.

"Good job!" Cassie praised. "And you did such a good job setting up a tea party for your dollies, why don't you get into your uniform and make all of us some tea?"

"Okay!" Tiffany nodded, scurrying away while the other girls looked at Cassie in awe.

"I barely even have to say please anymore," Cassie bragged. "That's how far gone she is... Before you know it, she's going to be the girliest little baby girl you've ever seen! And, as a bonus, she keeps the apartment spotless!"

"I'm making some progress with Lara, but this is a whole different level!" Charlotte said, sounding a bit jealous.

Cassie shrugged with as much false modesty as she could muster. "Here, let me share the picture gallery I'm making as a nice little baby book for Tiffy... I'll be sure to add in that video I just took, too. Lara knows what a tomboy Tiffany used to be; I bet once she sees what's happened to her, she'll realize how hopeless it is for her to try to resist."

They were all still enthralled, looking at the pictures and videos Cassie had been sneaking of Tiffany falling deeper and deeper into her new life when the girl returned from the kitchen, carefully balancing a tray of refreshments. She served them all, then, when she was finished, plopped back down with her dollies, setting Dusty down beside her.

Something didn't feel right, however, and she was pretty sure it wasn't just that she could feel everyone watching her, rather than the TV. Something about this situation, about her sitting there in her dirty diaper - which she was going to have to be the one to change, so she theoretically could have taken care of already, if she'd had permission - and tiny, frilly maid uniform - so different from what she'd used to wear - about her playing with dolls, something she'd always been so opposed to as a child, was off...

"Umm... Cassie?" she asked after a moment or two. "Would it be okay if you... turned the cartoons back on?"

Cassie grinned. "Of course, sweetie. However I can help..."
