A young woman discovers her new coworker has a strange ability to make everything she says be the truth, which soon bites the main character in the butt when the coworker mistakes her for a immature childhood friend who was incontinent.

Memed Into Diapers - 

How about a lightly ABDL streamer wears one time while streaming for her own fun but forgets to turn off her stream and gets caught wearing a diaper. Memes pick up and she leans into it slightly but as her donations start coming in she realizes she has to keep wearing eventually leading to full diaper dependence but at least a very financially supported life.

Body Switch - 

An Amazon drops her Little off at Day Care on Mothers Day. She and her Little trade bodies for the day. They don't switch back until the next day when the Little is dropped off again  for Day Care.

Pre-Existing Condition - 

A 20-something decides that she has had enough of lockdowns and lies about having a pre-existing condition in order to get the vaccine earlier and hang out with her friends. When her parents find out that she has gotten her vaccine before them, they punish her selfishness with regression and decide she'll stay a baby until everyone who she got a vaccine before is able to get one, including kids. Vaccines are ultimately available for everyone age three and up, but on the day before the last child would be eligible, safety concerns cause a pause. Even though it is just to be cautious, since herd immunity has mostly been achieved, there doesn't seem to be any rush to restart before there has been a verrrry thorough review...

Janet has gone through a full week of being a middle school only to prove to the school nurse that her diapers arent just for show. The school nurse notifys the principal explaining to her that she thinks Janet may have a problem and may need to be placed in a more suitable position. Janet gets nervous when she is called to the principal's office knowing in a way she has been doing everything right only to find Hazel, the principal, and another tall woman she had never met before. The principal feels that middle school is just too much for her baby brain and Janet is shocked when she finds out she has been demoted to daycare as Hazel picks up her stepmother up telling her she will have much more fun in daycare then a silly school.

Stepdaughter AU - 

AU of The Stepdaughter, giving Hazel a different motivation. Throughout high school Hazel had a crush on Janet even as she disliked her. Watching her marry her father was just a step too far. Instead of regressing Janet in order to show she's too immature for her Dad, she wants Janet to become her LG.  

Could break off from the actual story when she gives the condition for keeping quiet, or act as a standalone series in which a daughter regresses the stepmom independent of The Stepdaughter.
