Close Call - 

Diaper Dimension where a little who secretly likes diapers keeps trying to get herself caught and failing (but every time she tries someone nearby gets caught instead and she doesn't realize it).

Potty Mouth - 

A rebellious girl at a punk concert is magic'd/hypnotised so that any time she feels the urge to angrily cuss someone out, she instead cries/sucks her thumb and wets herself.

Three Wishes -

After begrudgingly going to Ireland for the family trip to Ireland, Shannon decides to wander off and explore things for herself. After managing to corner a leprechaun by sheer luck, she begins making wishes.  

Unfortunately for Shannon, this particular Irish Folktale has some different ideas in mind after realizing how childish Shannon still is. Each wish puts Shannon further down a rabbit hole as she quickly goes from wearing pull-ups, to diapers, to full blown diaper dependence in three poorly worded wishes.   

She may not have gotten a pot of gold out of her chance but at the rate she’ll be filling her diapers, she’ll be glad the leprechaun gave her a lifetime supply of diapers.

Pot of Gold - 

I figured maybe do a spin on the old Leprechaun horror movie series with a "regressive" twist. Namely, a girl (23) finds a small pot of gold as she goes bushwhacking on her way back from a hike in the Appalachias. The Leprechaun gives her three warnings to return the gold but she continues on towards her home. As she nears home she starts to realize the gold may not be worth the cost as she gradually regresses, finding herself struggling evermore with her memory and nonchalantly watching herself return to wardrobes she has not seen in years, Pull-Ups included. As she gets to her front step, she sees her mother and, having mentally regressed, she undergoes her final transformation. The only question will be how far she falls.

Reboot - 

An actress finds herself having repeated accidents during the filming of a controversial reboot of a beloved 80s fantasy film. She blames her co-star whom she has a well documented rivalry with. But is it the co-star or something much stranger?

Home Ec - 

There is a lazy home ec teacher who does as little work as possible. She dodges every responsibility she can and what she can't she pushes to her students. Her students decide to get revenge. They put her in diapers and use her as a child care doll. They blackmail her to get her login info so they can cover for her and keep her trapped in the classroom. Most of the time she has nothing to do and is eventually desperate for any activity. She starts following her student as they do home ec projects begging to join in like a little sister, but a crawling baby in mittens can't do much.

Spring Cleaning - 

Maybe a spring cleaning themed story? Like either a college student cleaning out her dorm finds an old tape that hypnotizes her or is hired as maid to do a spring cleaning and is hypnotized by the home owners. Or more abstract spring cleaning away the adult stuff.

The Leprechaun -

A group  of 3 young foster girls are cursed by a leprechaun who happens to be friends with their rich foster mother. For never contacting her exept for what they wanted. Exept this leprechaun is far more hands on......

The college student who used her mother to get into the best college..... but the leprechaun is here to take away her I'll gotten gains. And the leprechaun has a different school in mind for her.

The mature church girl who has always taken pride in how mature and kind she is finds that her church would much rather prefer her a spoiled brat after some leprechaun mischief.

and the athletic girl finds herself in a hospital that wont let her leave after an a minor car wreck and seems to be prescribing life long laziness for her. After all doctor leprechaun knows best!
