Except something causes the year to start over, and this time she messes up whatever she got lucky with last time in January, and this time she has to do the year over actually in the nursery which she'd considered just the looming threat of as the reason for the worst year ever...

Forced Exposure - 

How about a high-school (senior) girl who's friend is her mommy/dom. The girl's lost some of her bladder control from all the play and secretly wears pull-ups now. The mommy figures it is only a matter of time until she is caught, so she rips the band-aid off by exposing her to the class online and makes her wear little clothes to school. To make sure she acts properly she has someone in each of her class designated as her caregiver to keep an eye on her and stop her from wondering off.

I just like to see a case of (semi) forced regression where the person basically lives her same life with the extra humiliation of acting and being treat as a little girl. As an example turning in an AP English paper in crayon. attending gym class in a cute onesie, or being the only one in class who gets a stickers for answering questions correctly.
