Here's a story commission from an anonymous Patron for Christmas!

"All right, all right," Ally sighed, shutting her laptop and picking up her coffee. "Let's see what you've got."

She'd been in the room the whole time, which she was sure was most of what a lot of the girls here wanted. Sure, they probably would have loved to be hired, too, but just being in the same room as her was sure to be a thrill for her fans, even if she'd spent most of the time tapping away at her computer, supposedly working on a new song, though, really, mindlessly tapping away at a game, not paying any attention to them at all.

Her choreographers had narrowed them down to the finalists now, the ones who might actually have some talent. She smiled at them, gave them the same wave she had when they'd first arrived, looked them over. They looked nice enough, and pretty enough, but, of course, the real question was whether or not they could dance.

"Congratulations for making it this far!" she put on her best fake smile, a talent she'd had to develop early on in her career as a pop star. "I wish I could hire all of you, but I'm afraid I only have room for one!" It wasn't really up to her anyway, not totally, though the suits from the label had been sitting back, watching silently, making it look that way as much as possible.

The three women nodded anxiously, seemingly all knowing the drill, hopefully because they all had some experience. Two of them were cute, around her size, and would fit in well... The third, however, was the one she found herself drawn to, as she watched them perform the routine the choreographer had taught them. She was quite tall - or seemed that way to the tiny Ally - and there was something about her that exuded strength. She was also, very clearly, the best of the bunch.

"What's her name?" Ally whispered to the choreographer.

"That's Katie," the woman answered. "Pretty good, right?"

"Yeah," Ally nodded, turning back to Katie again, her cheeks warming as the woman turned right towards her. "I almost feel bad this is only for the Christmas concert."

"Well, we'll see," the choreographer shrugged. "If she's good, maybe she can replace Gloria. She's been getting a little rusty..."

"That was great, everyone!" Ally beamed at all three. "Gosh, you were all just so wonderful, I don't..."

"Ally?" Katie spoke up, taking the star by surprise slightly, not used to people interrupting her. "Oh, sorry! I didn't mean... I'm so excited to be here!"

"No problem," Ally smiled. It was natural... Even if she didn't take Gloria's place, this would be a big opportunity for her. Trying to be nice, she looked the woman over, noticed the jewelry she was wearing. "That's a very nice necklace," she observed. "Now..."

"Well," Katie said again. "Sorry, I was just thinking... This is one of my favorite of your Christmas songs, and so I came up with a little routine for it myself... No disrespect to what you've all done, but..."

"Sure," Ally chuckled. "You can show us what you put together."

She wasn't expecting much, but, as the song restarted, she was taken aback, watching Katie dance again, this time on her own, the moves absolutely flawless. Ally didn't know what to say, as she finished, standing there with her coffee cup, stunned. "I can teach it to you, if you want," Katie offered, not waiting for an answer before grabbing Ally by the hand, taking her coffee gently and setting it on the floor, pulling her over closer.

"I can do it," Ally finally snapped out of it. "I-I mean, it's good, but I picked up on it. You started with..." She tried launching into the beginning steps, only for Katie to click her tongue, shaking her head.

"Not quite, sweetie," she corrected, sliding her hands over Ally's hips, moving them easily, her grip surprisingly strong... Or not that surprising, really, her larger size more evident than ever, right next to Ally. "There you go!" Katie cooed, her tone proud, almost matronly. "Now, from there, you move your little foot... No, the other one."

Ally had been more than ready to hire the woman, but the longer this went on, her choreographer and the people from the label watching, the more upset she got, which did nothing to improve her coordination, causing her to need more and more help, until it felt like she was being puppeted by Katie more than she was doing any of the moves herself, like she was back in one of her very first dance classes as a child.

"Th-That was good," Ally said, flustered, blushing a little at what had just happened. "B-But I don't know if we can make any decisions right now..."

"Of course we can!" one of the men from the label broke in. "You're hired!"

"B-But...!" Ally glared at him, annoyed that, after all that, he'd choose to prove she wasn't  actually the one in charge here now.

"How wonderful!" Katie gushed, sweeping Ally up into a giant hug, the pop star squeaking as she felt herself being pressed against the larger woman's much larger breasts. "I can't wait to work with you!"

Ally did all she could to avoid Katie, talking up Gloria as much as she could to try to keep her from being fired and making a permanent spot for Katie. The woman was nice, that wasn't the problem... In fact, she was too nice. She brought in Christmas cookies for the other back-up dancers, and made a special batch just for Ally, she learned what Ally's favorite drink was and always had a cup of it waiting for her at rehearsal, and any time Ally stumbled, or messed up, in rehearsal, she was always there to make sure she hadn't hurt herself, wasn't feeling ill.

Somehow, Ally made it to the concert. All she had to do, she thought, as she sat in her dressing room, waiting for call, was make it through this, and it would be over.

"Knock knock." Ally didn't even try to hide her groan, recognizing Katie's voice immediately. "Here you are, sweetie!" the woman held up a coffee cup. "One more little pick-me-up before the show!"

"I can't drink that," Ally told her, not caring that there was an empty cup sitting on the counter. "I already brushed my teeth, and we go on in a few minutes, so..."

"Oh, that's all right," Katie assured her. "I bet I can think of something else to do to help you relax."

Ally rolled her eyes. "I don't need to relax! I need you to leave me alone so I can... What are you wearing?!"

She'd already talked to the costumers about this! Katie was so much more well-endowed than her other back-up dancers, the regular version of their costume didn't work... Or, rather, it worked too well, drawing too much attention away from Ally. It also put the pendant, resting between her breasts, on full display.

"We talked about this," Ally fumed, though, of course, she'd had other people deliver the message. "You're supposed to be wearing the new version of the costume, not that one! And there's no jewelry onstage!"

"Huh?" Katie tilted her head. "What are you talking about?" She looked down, sliding her fingers along her neck, to the necklace's chain. "Oh, this? Silly me..." She lifted it up, started to swing it back and forth.

Ally opened her mouth to chastise her, only to immediately forget what she was about to say. Her eyes opened wide, unable to look away, her mind slowly drifting off.

"Of course," Ally snapped back into reality as Katie spoke again. "I wouldn't want to bend any rules." She unhooked the necklace, set it down on the counter. "I'll just leave that there."

"I don't want..." Ally began to whine, then was interrupted by the intercom announcing places.

"How exciting!" Katie smiled at her, taking Ally's hand like she was a child, like she didn't have exponentially more experience with this than her. "Let's go!"

In her heels, Ally struggled to keep up with Katie's longer legs as she was dragged along, whining all the way, until, thankfully, she made it her entrance, Katie having to leave her behind to get to hers. That had been very weird, but there was no time to think about it as her headset was given a last-minute adjustment, and she was pushed out onto the stage.

She felt a little unsteady at first, but it quickly went away as the lights came on, and her audience cheered, seeing her strut across the stage in her cute little Santa dress and high heels, starting her first song. Everything was okay, she told herself, though, when the back-up dancers came out, she couldn't help wondering if it was her imagination, or if they'd gotten a better response than her.

It distracted her enough to make her miss a lyric, which only distracted her more, causing her to blush as she attempted to reorient herself in the music. Katie inconspicuously gave her a thumbs up, making it all the worse, but, luckily, by then it was basically over, and she was able to start again with the next song.

"Sorry, everyone!" she gave a playful shrug. "I was so excited about what I saw on the weather channel! Apparently, we might be getting some snow tonight!"

It was part of the show, of course; Ally wasn't sure she'd ever voluntarily watched the weather channel. The big finale of the show would be an artificial snow shower through her final song, however, so it made sense to set it up then. It also provided an opening for her to sing a regular Christmas carol, since there weren't really enough original songs from her Christmas album to support a whole show.

"Oh, the weather outside is frightful," she started, giving a playful little shiver, feeling her confidence rising anew as she worked her way through the first verse, and into the chorus, "Let it snow, let it snow, let it go!"

Wait, what did she say? It had simply slipped out, as naturally as if that was the actual lyric. At the same time, though, she felt something else happen, too. She blushed, her dancing slowing, Katie helpfully leading the back-up dancers to go bigger to try to cover. Katie had kept Ally from her usual last minute bathroom break... And now, all of the sudden, she was regretting it.

She squirmed uncomfortably, squeezing her thighs together, trying to keep her hands away, until she had no choice, pushing against her crotch as she bravely soldiered on with the music, the next chorus coming out entirely, "Let it go, let it go, let it go!" as she fought to keep from doing exactly that.

But what was she going to do?! The show had barely even started! She couldn't take a bathroom break at all, much less now! The words were growing weak and quiet as she bounced in place, eyes scanning the side-stage, praying someone there was going to come up with a solution, to help her out of this. They all looked just as confused and worried as her, until, finally, she reached the final refrain, practically whispering, "Let it go, let it go, let it go," despite doing her best to say the right words, and then, to her horror, did exactly that.

"No!" she squealed, feeling a trickle of warmth dribbling into her panties, quickly turning into a cascade. The thin fabric was almost instantly drenched, and she stared in horror at the video feed of herself on the screens beside the stage, watching the yellow liquid dribbling down her legs. She tried to hide it, to stop it, but only got more of her dress wet.

"Cut away!" she hissed at the people in the booth, trying to get the awful image off the screens. "Cut it off!" She stomped her foot when they didn't immediately obey, losing her balance on her heels and falling onto her backside in the middle of the puddle she'd made.

Finally, the feed did change... To Katie. And, as if she wasn't already the last person Ally wanted to see, or think about, she was carrying something Ally might not have recognized, if it hadn't been blown up so large, all folded up, stage lights reflecting in the plastic. She blushed, looking away, and right into the real eyes of Katie.

"N-No," she sniffled, shaking her head. "Th-That's not for me, is it?"

"It's all right," Katie told her gently. "Everyone has accidents sometimes!" She shook out what was clearly a changing mat, beside Ally and her puddle, unfolding the diaper she was carrying and setting it right in the middle. "This'll make it all better!"

"No, it won't!" Ally whined. "I don't need a diaper!"

She blushed, realizing that, if any of her fans hadn't known what was happening, she'd just told them, as Katie helped her up and over to the mat, her body blocking the view of the cameras as she slid Ally's soaked panties down, wiping her off, then pushing her down onto the diaper.

"Oh!" Ally gasped. It felt so soft, so thick, so babyish... She wiggled her bottom, hearing it crinkle, wondering if the microphone was picking it up as well, while Katie powdered her up, taped the diaper into place. It was white, covered in a Christmassy design, dotted with the shapes of candy canes, bells, reindeer heads, presents... It fit the look of the concert pretty well, really...

Except that it was a diaper. A diaper on her, the star. This couldn't be happening... It couldn't be real... She'd just peed her pants, and been diapered, live on stage, in front of thousands of her fans!

"Oh, and you got your dress all wet, too," Katie shook her head. "Good thing I brought a back-up for that, too! But first, we'll get rid of these naughty shoes... They're so mean, aren't they, making you fall?"

Ally sat there helplessly, watching Katie undo the straps on her heels, wondering why nobody was coming to her aid. "Katie, don't you dare," she ordered quietly, with all the authority she could muster. "You can not undress me out here in the..."

Katie didn't miss a beat, setting the shoes down and moving on to the dress, whisking it away in one smooth motion. Ally's eyes grew as big as plates, sitting in the middle of the changing mat in a bra and now fully exposed diaper, Katie stepping aside, letting the cameras get a perfect view, while Ally tried to decide which to try to cover.

Katie was only gone a second - more than enough time for hundreds, if not thousands, of cell phones to snap a photo of this humiliating moment - returning with an armful of new clothes. She went in the same order, leaving Ally half naked as she buckled bright red Mary Janes onto her feet, then tugged a brown dress over her head. Katie wasn't sure exactly what it was meant to be until she was given the finishing touch, the headband, adorned with antlers.

She was a reindeer. She'd started off as Santa, with her back-up dancers as elves, and now she was just some reindeer... And, thanks to the flat Mary Janes, she was the tiniest one there, her heels having been the only thing to get her anywhere close to the height of the other dancers, besides Katie, of course, who she had no hope of equalling.

"Go on, then," Katie encouraged her with a pat to the bottom, earning a blush and a crinkle. "You've dawdled long enough... Next song!"

The engineers appeared to agree, music starting to play, while Ally's mind still raced to accept what had happened to her. She hardly even noticed what song it was until Katie scolded her, "No, not like that, silly!" and slid her hands over her hips. It was the song from auditions, she realized, as Katie puppeted her through it, just like last time.

Now, however, Ally's movements were even slower, even clumsier, the bulky diaper throwing her off almost as much as her desire to keep the short dress from riding up and showing it off. She didn't think the skirt was any shorter than the one on her red dress had been... But she wouldn't have wanted to wear that with a diaper, either.

"Yay!" Katie clapped for her when it was over, patting her on the butt a couple more times, leaving her alone, center-stage, to continue the show.

Ally felt absolutely ridiculous, but all these people had paid to see her, deserved a show... Although, she doubted this was the one they expected. Toddling around in her diaper, feeling the warmth build up inside, hearing it crinkle with every tiny movement, she seemed more like someone's little baby sister who had insisted she was going to sing for everyone at the Christmas party, instead of a big, popular pop star.

Somehow, she made it to the finale. One more song, she thought, and she could get out of this stupid diaper, fire Katie, and never see either again. It was one of her own songs, too, so she felt more comfortable with it. And the snow was going to distract people from her padded posterior.

Or so she thought. "I just wanna hold you tight," she began. "Watch the snow outside the window in the firelight," she should have continued.

Those first words, however, brought with them something far worse than a full bladder. She groaned, practically able to feel strong arms wrapping around her, holding her tight, just like the song said... The snow started, oblivious to the fact that she was too distracted to give the cue, as the pressure built inside her, squeezing...

"N-No, not this," she whimpered, her body leaning forward, her dress riding up, showing off the seat of her festive diapers, the exact view she didn't want to be seen, not that she had the strength to pull it back down, or do anything except grit her teeth and try to hold everything in.

"Oh, sweetie," Katie stepped over, away from the other back-up dancers, continuing to dance away to the music, without her singing. "You're going to hurt yourself like that."

She leaned forward, brushing a sweaty strand of hair out of Ally's straining face, leaning so close there was no way her voice wasn't picking up on the microphone. "Just let it all out for Mommy."

"Y-You're not my Mommy," Ally insisted. It was hard not to feel like that must be the case, however, as she stood there in her reindeer outfit and diapers, so much littler and more helpless than Katie. She was so tall, so beautiful... Ally stared up at her, seeing that low neckline she wasn't supposed to have, remembering the necklace that was usually there...

"Y-You..." she gasped, realization hitting her, far too late, that Katie wasn't simply thinking fast on her feet... She had caused all of this.

"That's right!" Katie smiled. "It's me, Mommy! I know you're cranky, but that's only because you've been holding it in for so long... You'll feel so much better once you let it go."

Ally felt her bladder give in, felt a fresh dribble of warmth in her diaper, but it was hard to care too much about that now. She grunted, using every ounce of her energy to stall the mounting pressure...

And it wasn't enough. Almost before she could tell herself, she saw, in the giant screens, a peak forming from the seat of her diaper, heard a crinkle. "There you go!" Katie encouraged her. The diaper crackled softly, expanding as Ally slowly filled it. "What a sweet girl... I knew from the moment I saw you that you would be the perfect little baby... And just look at how right I was!"

Ally started to shake her head, but it was already too late, her reasons for wanting to do so fading away the more her body pushed, and the diaper grew. Why would she ever say no to Mommy?

"Go on, keep going," Mommy urged. "Get it all out... You'll feel so much better, and then you can wave bye-bye to all the nice people, and Mommy will take you back to your room and change you. How does that feel?"

Ally knew she should be upset, that that wasn't what she did after a show... But it didn't matter. All she could do was giggle and grin up at her Mommy, excitedly exclaiming, "Okay!" as she bore down, pushing with all her might. She had to be a good girl and do what Mommy told her, after all, or Santa wouldn't bring her any toys this year!
