The Thanksgiving Incident - 

Girl visiting her estranged family on her father's side for Thanksgiving. They last remember her when she was a toddler. During her visit she has some kind incident that has her need to change her clothing. With limited choices she wears her only childish options available to her to Thanksgiving, including a diaper since the incident is mistaken for her wetting herself. Being treated like a baby by everyone, sat at the kids table, and perhaps getting in trouble with her Mother who keeps her that way as punishment.

Right before thanksgiving when a girl is in town with her whole family, she spends the night at her sisters place who hates her since she got more from her parents. her sister drugs/tricks the protagonist into going to bed and wetting the bed, which her sister then uses as an excuse to keep her in diapers and baby clothes for the rest of the week.
