From A Fib to Reality -

A college aged girl stumbles across ABDL for the first time online. Due to a misunderstanding with her roommate, she foolishly explains she has a medical need to cover up her embarrassment. As time progresses and she’s forced to wear 24/7 because of her lie, eventually what started as a simple fib becomes a very real truth as she realizes after her first year of 24/7 that she is fully diaper dependent.

Spilled Milk - 

A women and her work friend go out to lunch and the friend spills a drink on her shirt and in the bathroom once her shirt is removed she sticks a small patch on her body which wont come off and this slowly mentally regresses her and the friend becomes her mommy
 

Possession - 

 After humiliating a classmate, a girl finds herself possessed by an entity that is forcing her to act immature and eventually makes her mess herself in front of her entire school 

Leap Year - 

I will be changing this slightly from the suggestion since obviously we don't want anything with an actual minor as the main character.  Instead, it would be the story of a boy or girl celebrating their birthday, which falls on February 29th... But it will be set on a non-leap year, so they'll be celebrating their 4th birthday for the 3rd or 4th time.

A Little R&R 

Cupid - 

 A new Cupid forgot part of her uniform and didn’t bring her quiver on her first day of work. A seasoned Cupid knows the quiver is the most important part of the uniform because whatever the arrow pierces first is the source of the “love” a Cupid can help spread. It’s probably no big deal that our Cupid just put some arrows in her diaper instead of her quiver and that they just happened to also pierce her own diaper. (Cupid makes people fall in love with diapers by mistake when trying to make love matches)
