My Patreon page went live five years ago, and time moves too fast. It feels like yesterday I started this journey, and also like it's a blob on the horizon in the rear-view mirror.

I've seen a lot of growth as a developer during these years, yet I can still feel like I'm lost and haven't figured it out. I don't know for how long I will keep going, but I will be grateful for every day I get to do this.

It is a blessing to say that you can work with what you love and have people appreciate you for it. And it's all happening because of this Patreon page and you guys.

Checking the stats, I've been supported by nearly 70,000 unique patrons over the years. Thanks to each one of you; you are the MVPs. You've collectively changed my life completely and helped affect the AVN industry.

I never thought I'd become so invested in an AVN, but there all it took was one title that took me by surprise with its emotional weight for me to realise there was a lot of potential. I had to wade through a lot of schlock to find B.A.D, which I'd overlooked before as some kind of dude-bro American Pie type raunchy comedy title or somethinv. I'm glad I took a chance on it. This world you've made feels lived in, the characters are life-like in so many ways, there's heart in this that I was absolutely not expecting. I'm with you to the end, Doc.

Doc, you didn't only helped the AVN industry, but you helped me personally. I often felt lost, my life aimless and struggling with depression. But playing your game, watching how enthusiastic you are about the development cycle also motivated me to change. This year I began to study front end development to see if I have the affinity and seems like I do. Now the small projects we make keeps me in the flow, I have my goals set and I feel ready to make my past mistakes right. Thank you Doc. Lets see where do we go together in the next 5 years. Keep pushing, brother!
