My guess:~ We can assume Bella is waiting for her husband to come back from somewhere (that's why she says "come home James"). From where though:- a business trip (that's the most common story), family problems (helping a family member in need), military (army, navy etc). Also as pointed out by @Riaxik, MC is having dinner with Bella & i'm guessing this is 2nd or 3rd day after MC goes to her house due to EP 3 end. Her feelings for MC are growing stronger & she feels guilty that's why she is looking at her wedding ring. And another note is she is drinking wine so maybe after dinner she becomes tipsy & some stuff with MC happens (hopefully). But MC is not a douche so they will get to 2nd base & he will call it off (for now) since he does not want to take advantage of her while she's drunk.

@Michael Lupayne - That's true, maybe her husband has passed away & she will soon find out. And who is there to help Bella through this rough time (besides Jill of course), MC of course & that's where their relationship really starts. But there would need to be a logical reason how & why husband passed away. Unless there is some war going on in the world of Being a DIK

Wasn't all her the pictures of her husband was faced down when the MC was drunk and roaming her house back in season2?

Yes all were face down, but not removed, which indicates to me Sadness on seeing them.

Up to Episode 3, Bella is by far my favorite character. Anatomically, she's not my type, I'm more into slender girls, but her personality is beyond powerful. And her facial expressions and reactions, especially to MC, can be so funny. If there's a person who makes me laugh is this game, that's her all right. From MC's last thoughts about her towards the end of Episode 3, she obviously has a very sad story. I don't know what it is, It may, or not, involve her husband, it my also have occurred before she got married but whatever it may be, I hope she doesn't have a sad ending because she doesn't deserve it. Fingers crossed and thumbs up for Bella!
