Status update Episode 4 (Patreon)

The first week doing this full-time went by fast and I've enjoyed every single moment of it.

If you missed it, Being a DIK - Season 1 is coming to Steam after the Patreon release. There won't be any change in how Patreon releases are handled.

The development is basically going as fast as it can at this point.

I've been spending a lot of time writing and working on small things that needs to be done for each episode.

When it comes to art, I've posed static renders this week. PCs are rendering 24/7 as always.

Today, I started working on the free-roam events. Those usually take quite some time to code and test.

I was hesitant if I could wrap up Hell week with this Episode, but I've made the call that I'm going to fit in everything that I really wanted to include in this Episode.

If I didn't, it would feel like I'm salami slicing the Episode and I'd hate to cut planned content just to get an earlier release.

The overall progress of the Episode is somewhere around 60%.

That's the best estimation I can give you right now, I have a lot of work to do still, but rest assured that I'm working hard on it.

In poll news, the winner of the cosmetic poll this week was option number 2.

Acting lessons is still my favorite VN and was the first one to get me emotionally engaged into the story and characters. Now with Being a DIK, you're just improving onto your already amazing work so far. Don't wanna get sappy but i really appreciate the amount of work and effort you put into these games and will always fully support you. Good job man!

Being a Dik is by far the best game I've ever played. Aside from the superp and unmatched intimate scenes, it has everything ; it's very profound, emotional, funny, captivating, thrilling, it has all a great story needs to have, no question about that. The characters are incredibly beautiful and they have very strong personalities. A movie director would make make a movie out of this story, lol! The only thing I'd miss, to be perfectly honest, would be lesbian scenes, much more intimate than the few kisses I saw as I was playing the game, if you're into those things, that is. I would perfectly understand if you weren't but if you are, Maya and Josy being girlfriends would certainly do absolutely great in intimate scenes. So would Isabella and Jill, that's from the mixed render, they look like they do have intimate relations and they would both do great too, with Isabella as the lead on this particular couple. You are so talented in animations that you would do a tremendous job on lesbian intimate scenes, especially if you were to use a strapon. I'm sure it would spicy the story even more than it already is. It's just a thought.
