Status Update Episode 8 (Patreon)

This report is a day or two early, because it's the end of the month and I'm sure many of you are wondering what's happening in December and thinking about what to do with your pledges.

So, this was a big week. When I wasn't at work, I spent every single second available on producing static renders.

Still, the render queue was almost empty every day when I got back home; so my PCs also rendered some BADIK animations that were in the backlog to make sure I always render 24/7.

On top of producing wallpapers and 1.5 animations (equivalent of 180 frames!), I managed to squeeze out a whopping 297 renders. That's equal to 477 frames in 6 days and a new personal best.

The total render count at the moment is 830. I haven't rendered more animations for AL, so that count is still sitting pretty at 32. In the next few days I will know if that's the final count or not. The script is almost finished, maybe around 90%-95%.

There was zero chance to make this a November release, but today I can say with confidence that the final Episode will be released in December.

If I for any unforeseen reasons wouldn't be able to release it in December, I would make sure that each December patron with the correct pledge amount would get access to the copy that they pledged for. That's a promise.

The deadline of pledging +$30 to be in the ending credits of Acting Lessons, is still December 7. If you already have pledged +$30 but haven't DMed me the name you want in the credits, or if you want to change your name one final time, please do so before this date.

I will release more interesting details about BADIK and my future as an adult game developer after the final release of Acting Lessons.

I know that Christmas is around the corner, but I know what I'm looking forward to the most in December. Just a little bit longer now, friends.
