Charge up front activated (Patreon)

As I notified you all earlier this week, to mitigate fraudulent activity, I'm switching to a pay up front setting starting today.

This won't affect existing patrons.

New patrons will be charged as they pledge.

According to Patreon's guidelines:

If a current patron increases their pledge, the difference between the current pledge and new pledge will be charged up front.

If a current patron decrease their pledge, the difference between pledges will not be refunded.

This payment plan will help the game development as I see how several patrons are trying to get +$20 tier bonuses for free by pledging high, only to decrease their pledges in the end of the month and then increase the pledges again. This behavior hurts the game development more than piracy as I cannot plan an accurate budget for buying assets.
