I’m in the Frankenstein’s monster camp. The kid in me thinks BOTW meets Pokémon meets Elden Ring meets Satisfactory is the coolest thing ever. The 30-something in me doesn’t want to do all that stuff I’ve already done, or reward what’s clearly plagiarism regardless of what the courts eventually say.

I put about 40 hours into this before hitting a leveling wall in the lvl 37+ range. Needed to up the exp rate to raise bred mons and ones from huge eggs from higher level areas too. It is also quite cathartic to go around with a bat in the early game.
