Did anyone else think this game was inspired by one of the test games that Yahtzee created during his escapist game designathon ? I felt like there was a crime scene cleanup game there.

Heeey, SimAnt! That one was fun, even though as a kid I couldn't figure out what the heck I was supposed to actually do. You're probably right about Hitman, and in any case I feel like these simulators work best with a carefully designed environment than at the whims of RNG and ragdoll physics before you even start the cleanup. The whole idea of finding secrets and expensive stuff to discreetly nick in the cleanup does seem like a pretty clever and logical extension of the premise. Especially if you gotta carefully reset everything for plausible deniability when you're done.
