Oh I needed this. Nothing quite like someone else ripping apart something that disappointed you, or so I find.

Brandon Emerich(Brandroid)

I loved the video as usual. But, I also loved your latest book "Will Leave the Galaxy for Good."

Maciej Myczkowski

I tried this over a year ago, and boy was that one of the biggest video game disappointment I had so far. At first I thought this game was great because I fully immersed myself in all kinds of ways that the passion of the developers for the themes of vampires showed through both art and gameplay. But after like 10 hours, the difference between a single player game and "solo offline" became evident, the gear level and my own skill started limiting me more and more, and I started noticing all kinds of ways that extra monetization options (most likely demanded by the publisher) were forcefully and traumatically inserted into this game's every orifice. I tried to give it a chance, assuming I wasn't playing it right, but the game kept moving the goalposts and gaslighting me into thinking that I was the problem. I got the impression that my experience was quite different from Yahtzee's. Maybe over the last year the game removed the painful mood whiplash along with all that remained of the artistic integrity of the developers. I should try the modern version to check the difference. Maybe this time I could speedrun all 5 stages of grief in under 20 hours.
