2024-03-29 20:25:03 As advancement moves ever forward I think it's become clear that specialization is a better prospect the generalists. There is just too much for one person to learn. This isn't a bad thing, but this makes it even more important to improve communication and cross disaplin interactions because the best results acure when specialist communicate together to create or discover something no one person couldn't have. It's so awesome to see you creating such a positive relationship with your level artists! I really hope collaboration becomes industry standard.

Generalists' greatest strength in tech is in their ability to support the communication and cross-specialty teamwork. Many specialists are so narrow that they don't understand what other jobs actually do, how they work, or what each specialty's unique jargon is. Generalists can help bridge that gap in large companies/working groups. Too many people have lost sight of the value of wide knowledge. We need both width and depth for groups to excel.
