Change to the $30/InvestorR2 reward tier (Patreon)

After deliberating on it for some time (and waiting until this month rolled over, for fairness sake to everyone), I've changed the $30 tier to be at $40 instead. It was too many things rolled into a single tier, considering just the sketch request was minimum $30 value compared to my normal commissions.

In other news, I've been trying to get caught up on everything now that I've settled in from moving. Not much else to say than that, I really can't thank you guys enough for your support and patience.
