Along with the Tektines, the Halleys are another of the Three Founding Families of the Risk Hunter Organization.

Caelus is their founding Relic, and Alexia has been trained to be its pilot from the start.

Can i just say that i fucking love this design? Both her jumpsuit AND the mech? Also, how does it fight? Does it uses those blades at the end of its elbow, or just pummels foes into dust?

Thank you! Caelus uses it's mobility and angles of attack to both slice and smash in a constant hit-and-run, so a bit of both! The blades can also be detached to be wielded more "normally", though it limits mobility somewhat.
