The Rishi, species name Regilertus, are High Menmae. Ancient oppressors of humanity, they were repelled and defeated in the Liberation Wars by the first generations of Sovereigns. While their slave kingdoms were torn apart and the majority of Rishi slain, they were not wiped out and still survive hidden away.

Haech is the king of the Rishi remnants, and has held the position for over a century. While an individual Regilertus is classified as C-A rank, he holds the distinction of being ranked S-level.
