Think you'll go to twitter or whatever else and drop tumblr entirely? I admit I don't have a twitter account and don't want one but a bunch of other nsfw artists I follow are going only to twitter so I might have to.

I've been splashposting to twitter along with tumblr for some time now already, but twitter is just godawful as a primary art site and I will never be a twitter-only artist. I'm looking into making my own site as a permanent hub, but I will likely remake tumblr as well.

Past weekend Apple discovered there was Child pornographic materials on the Tumblr platform. Tumblr quickly removed it, and is working on getting back in the Apple store. Reasons it slipped the filters was because it was in a whole new style....But in the recent purge of this, many other (legitimate) users are caught in this.
