July Work (Patreon)

Hello!  So I'm having a hard time here.  I was able to do 2 recolors.  One is finished, has a promo image and a thumbnail... the other has neither.  While finishing the second one my computer crashed, which wouldn't be a big deal, but after not being able to get TS4 to start again (and I tried everything I could think of, including uninstalling and reinstalling) as long as I have TS4 installed on my comp, my comp will crash soon after start up.  It doesn't need to be running, just there.  After I uninstalled it, everything got better.  I reinstalled to see if a fresh start would fix it... but no, same issue again.  In the end I had to uninstall it and Origin.

I looked more into giving you all a refund for last month, and Patreon states unless I have funds in my account I cannot, and I think the only way to get more funds is to charge again?  Ughghghg I am so frustrated right now.  I am happy to give you the one recolor I got working, oh and I have some base game fish I recolored you can have too.  I can work on removing more adfly stuff from my early work on the web site, but beyond that, I don't know what to do.  =(  

If anyone has any idea to get TS4 working, without it turning into an hours long mess of me uninstalling everything again whilst my computer crashes, let me know.  Beyond that, I don't know what to offer you for the charged month.  I am so mad at myself I didn't notice it and let it go through.  I don't want to cancel this patreon for good because I may get a new computer one day and do sims again, or maybe Sims 5 will come out and I'll do that.

It seems the only way to get a refund is to issue it outside of Patreon.  ***So, if anyone really wants that refund just tell me, and I'll see if I can paypal it or something.***  If anything I hate being dishonest, and taking even $2.50 without giving you sufficient content makes me feel horrible with myself.  So sorry guys =(
