Returning characters update (Patreon)

After a lot of thinking, I decided not to carry over the votes of characters that were suggested multiple times between polls as that was a hasty decision, especially the limit of three times a character can be chosen before being blocked, which will be removed as well, so from now on any characters can be suggested at any time without limits. (don't write important things at 2AM, folks)

Maybe, I'll go back to carryover votes in the future, but for now no.

Instead, I decided to use multiple votes from now on, so if there's more than one character you would like to support, you can vote both.

In case of a tie, there will be another poll with those characters and the multiple votes will be disabled in that one.
