A possible misunderstanding (Patreon)

Some players say that they can't see the downloaded posts. I suspect that they chose a custom one and wrote the amount that they think is suitable, such as $1. This is not acceptable. You must choose a fixed item of $1 or other amount! Instead of entering the amount that feels right for you!
