Felt like messing around with it some more so I dropped the throttle into the other boat project and linked it all up. I did experiment with a bunch of other things like camera movement based on speed and turning the boat a bit as you navigate but they all were either janky or totally busted. So I took them out. Sometimes it's easiest to start fresh.
