If anyone really wants to grab an early hard copy version follow the above line to buy a print on demand version from Blurb. It's the same as the one I posted pics from earlier inthe week. Its $44.99 which isn't cheap but that's the dealfor now. I'll leave it up for a week or so then I'm going to try swapping the listing over to Amazon and see how that goes. Unfortuntely that means the price will go up to $49.99.
