Mamma Papa - The big boss of the Crinoline Crime club. Mamma's word is law. She's a velvet fist in an iron glove.

Inspector Rodger Roget - Of the Congrès continental de gendarmerie, the intercontinental police organization that is tasked with bringing the CCC to justice. His relationship to Nancy raises many questions.

Lady Kylla - Patron of the arts, collector of antiquities, scholarly author and Queen of Assassination.

Edinglassie, the bustling Europa metropolis in the year XX20.
